nice kentucky agate geode pair. it appears this type of kentucky agate is similar to the puma agate from argentina.  i believe the small bursts are spherulites.
  these pieces are much nicer than the poto can tell.
they stand well together.

kentucky agate
    this is a nice one.  it has moss agate around the outer ring,  the yellow bands slowly ring inwards to the black.  it is just yellow and black.  seems that pictures blurr a little when saved.

  very colorful, very bold contrasting colored agate. and very very rare.  the center is calcite, but at the end of the agate development it had grown quartz crystals in the center..
